Scalanto is carrying out a study to determine the level of resistance in adopting AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI based PM tools) in Project Management within companies that have high security measures imposed by relevant legal requirements for the industry in which these companies operate.
This study is being conducted between August 1, 2024, and September 10, 2024.
The objective of the study is to understand the types of problems encountered and to learn about the potential solutions implemented by these companies to encourage and accelerate the adoption of AI solutions. The companies selected for this study operate in the following industries:
- Healthcare
- Aviation and Aerospace
- Insurance
- Banking
- Telecommunications
The roles targeted by the study are:
- PMO Director
- Project Manager
- Program Manager
- Portfolio Manager
Data collection is conducted through a survey, and an interview if the study participant chooses this option after completing the survey.
