Public Cloud Service for Healthcare Spin-off
In a critical project for a healthcare spin-off, we led the development of a new Public Cloud service. Our focus was on creating AWS and Azure landing zones, streamlining operational processes and ensuring GxP compliance. The project successfully balanced strategic planning and Agile methodologies, demonstrating our capability in managing complex IT infrastructures in healthcare.
Vulnerability Management Tool Infrastructure Refresh
This project involved updating the infrastructure of an aging vulnerability management tool for a healthcare organization. The main challenge was migrating the system to a new, standardized infrastructure in a global data center, addressing compatibility issues with outdated components. It also required significant team adaptation to operational process changes.
Legacy IAM Systems Transformation
This project was undertaken to transform a Client’s legacy system, including Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Enterprise Key Management (EKM) and several other related systems. The project involved re-deploying systems on Global Data Center hosted virtual machines, transitioning services to a new vendor and decommissioning old hardware. The project faced numerous challenges, including technological incompatibility, resource limitations and competing priorities.
SOAR Platform Deployment
A quick-deployment project in a healthcare SOC, focused on upgrading the Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform. The project, managed with a hybrid approach, achieved significant time savings, implementing the system in 70% of the projected time.
Data Masking Platform and Service Setup
A project aimed at GDPR compliance for a healthcare organization. It involved setting up a platform to mask or anonymize large datasets, with challenges in understanding client needs and high compliance overhead.
