Business Analyst

What are we looking for:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support IT/S2P projects for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data preparation, reporting, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Power BI and a solid understanding of data quality processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Support data collection, cleansing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, ensuring usability for key stakeholders.
• Generate recurring reports and fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor data quality and participate in QA processes to maintain consistency in reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and team leads to enhance data modeling and visualization techniques.

Experience and Background:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Procurement-related projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
• Experience in data preparation, cleansing, and validation.
• Familiarity with IT/S2P processes and workflows.
• Fluent in business English (spoken and written).

Differentiating Qualifications:

• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in a multinational corporate environment.
