Product Manager

What are we looking for:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager with experience in overseeing product development, integration, and deployment processes in line with client standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating cross-team agile efforts, managing validation processes, and supporting automated testing and distribution to client end users. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for ensuring the alignment of multiple teams and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate product development, integration, and deployment following client standards
• Manage and coordinate product changes, enhancements, and bugfixes
• Ensure the deployment of final products to operations
• Align and support delivery across agile teams
• Validate finished products or product increments
• Facilitate the automation of product validation processes
• Coordinate end-to-end test execution with interfacing systems
• Oversee activities related to product distribution to client end users
• Ensure all deliveries adhere to the Clients processes

Experience and Background:

• 5-7 years in Product or Project Management with a focus on technical projects
• Proficient in Scrum leading teams and managing sprints
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise system deployments
• Familiarity with automated testing concepts and CI/CD pipelines
• Expert in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations)
• Background in product management, defining roadmaps, and gathering requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams

Differentiating Qualifications:

• Technical proficiency in software engineering, programming, or cloud platforms
• Holding one of the following certification:
• PMI PMP (Project Management Institute)
  • PMI ACP (Project Management Institute)
  • PSM I or II (Scrum.org)
  • CPM (AIPMM)
  • SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile Framework)
