What are we looking for:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing integration and separation (M&A) projects, particularly within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, an ability to navigate competing priorities, and experience in risk management. The role also requires on-site presence twice a week in the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and drive the completion of documentation for User Requirement Specifications.
- Gather necessary details from vendors.
- Lead efforts to obtain user requirements sign-off for the integration build.
- Drive the generation of sample files for integration.
- Design and prototype the build based on User Requirement Specifications.
- Conduct mock-up sessions and alignment meetings with business stakeholders and the project team.
- Architect the solution design and review design specifications to ensure adherence to project management standards.
- Oversee the ongoing design, review, and adherence to project management’s design standards.
- Ensure the completion of global design solutions documentation, including As-Is inventory, To-Be landscape, integration strategy, design specifications, functional specifications, and test scripts.
Experience and Background:
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in integration and separation projects, with a focus on HCM/Workday and payroll systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Expertise in risk management, including developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing external workforces, including vendors and contractors.
- In-depth understanding of Transition Service Agreement (TSA) exiting terms and their practical application in project scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Differentiating Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
