What are we looking for:
We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with experience in supporting large-scale implementations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday solutions, particularly in creating functional designs and supporting data migration, integration, and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop functional designs and specifications, including Knowledge Articles and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) for stakeholders.
- Support the configuration and testing of the Client Workday solution.
- Facilitate global and local design workshops.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into effective Workday solutions.
- Facilitate/coordinate the delivery of CCS (Core Configuration Services) workshops.
- Handle Absence and Time Configuration workbooks.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Time & Absence and Payroll modules.
- Assist with data cleansing and business validation at both global and country levels.
- Provide support for orphaned data and solutions for stranded data related to Time/Payroll interfaces.
- Offer hypercare support during the Absence and Time Management phase.
- Engage in regular communication with third-party vendors.
Experience and Background:
- Proven experience with Workday, particularly in creating functional designs and specifications.
- Familiarity with large-scale pharmaceutical Workday implementations.
- Strong background in data analytics, migration, and integration support within Workday environments.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and translating complex stakeholder requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
Differentiating Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data migration and cleansing processes.
- Knowledge of CCS workshops and best practices in delivering such sessions.
- Hands-on experience in UAT testing for HR modules within Workday, especially Time & Absence and Payroll.
