Role Overview: The Project Management and Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing project methodologies, designing highly customized solutions within JIRA, and integrating a range of project tools to create a cohesive ecosystem. This individual will lead the planning and implementation of complex features, provide technical expertise, and solve intricate integration issues, ensuring our project management infrastructure is both effective and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements and methodologies for implementation in JIRA and MS SharePoint.
- Design and develop customized solutions in JIRA, ensuring they meet unique project needs.
- Integrate various project management tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, Microfocus/HP ALM, MS SharePoint) using MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, and APIs.
- Plan, drive, and manage the implementation of complex project features in collaboration with team members.
- Provide technical expertise and support to team members, enhancing collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Solve complex technical integration issues, ensuring seamless operation across our project management ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management and integration solutions, especially within JIRA and MS SharePoint environments.
- Strong technical background with expertise in JIRA (including JIRA Core, EasyBI, ScriptRunner, Structure, Workflow, Automation) and MS Power Automate (especially related to SharePoint lists and emails).
- Experience with designing integrations using MS Power BI, APIs, and other technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex integration challenges.
- Strong planning, priority setting, and execution skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on listening and learning agility to adapt to new technologies and changes quickly.
This is a remote, B2B/Freelance role.
Start date: immediately.
Contract duration: 18 months.
Highly competitive daily rate.
